New Homes Sales Consultant - Ebbsfleet / Northfleet / Dartford

Want to earn £50k+ in sales and build a career in property? Join a growing new homes team with strong commission and a route to permanent employment.

You'll be managing customers from initial enquiry through to completion, conducting viewings, negotiating and closing sales.

What's on offer?

• £30,000-£32,000 basic + commission (£50k OTE)
• Temp-to-perm - prove yourself and secure a permanent role
• Based at the nearest site to you across Ebbsfleet, Northfleet or Dartford
• 10am-5pm, Tuesday & Wednesday off
• Excellent opportunity to move into the new homes sector

You'll need:

• Proven success in a target-driven sales environment
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• A confident, commercial and motivated approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Availability to start immediately, is preferred
