Sales Advisor - Housebuilding

Location: Ebbsfleet / Northfleet / Dartford
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 basic £50,000 OTE

Hours: 10am-5pm Tuesday & Wednesday off

A leading UK housebuilder is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join their team, covering developments across Ebbsfleet, Northfleet and Dartford. You will be based at one development within these areas.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a commercially driven salesperson looking to build a long-term career with an established and highly regarded housebuilder.

With a £50,000 OTE, additional commission on bespoke extras and the opportunity to work across multiple developments, this role offers strong earning potential and genuine career progression.

The Role

• Manage customers from initial enquiry through to completion
• Conduct viewings and provide a high-quality customer experience
• Drive sales and work towards individual and site targets
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the buying journey
• Negotiate and close sales effectively
• Promote and sell bespoke extras and upgrades
• Maintain accurate records and follow the sales process
• Work collaboratively with the wider site and sales teams

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in target-driven sales
• Confident managing customers from enquiry through to completion
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Commercially driven and motivated by commission
• Customer-focused with a professional approach
• Comfortable working weekends
• Full UK driving licence and able to travel between developments when required
• Available to start ASAP

Package

• £30,000-£32,000 basic salary
• £50,000 OTE
• 5% commission on bespoke extras
• Mileage expenses where applicable
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
