Salary - £30,000 + Commission OTE up to £60,000, Car Allowance

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's established and busy team based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in leading a high-performing sales team while driving overall branch performance.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the sales team, ensuring the branch consistently achieves its targets and delivers exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating the residential sales team to achieve and exceed branch targets
• Driving new business and identifying opportunities to grow market share
• Conducting property valuations and securing new instructions
• Managing and negotiating offers to achieve the best possible results
• Overseeing the sales process and ensuring transactions progress smoothly through to completion
• Coaching and developing team members to maximise individual and branch performance
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Monitoring branch performance and implementing strategies to achieve continued growth

About You

We are looking for a confident, ambitious and target-driven property professional with proven experience within residential sales.

You will have:

• Previous experience in a residential sales management or senior sales role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Strong knowledge of the residential property market
• The ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• A genuine commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
