We're recruiting for a Junior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established estate agency in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent looking to develop their sales career within a supportive and professional environment.

You'll be joining a fantastic team where you'll have the opportunity to build your local market knowledge, develop your sales skills and progress your career through ongoing mentoring and support.

The Role

As a Junior Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Register and qualify prospective buyers
• Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings
• Conduct accompanied property viewings
• Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions
• Generate new valuation opportunities for the branch
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Develop strong knowledge of the local property market
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch

Junior Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Previous estate agency experience
• Knowledge of the local property market
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
• Confident and professional approach when dealing with buyers and sellers
• Ambitious and motivated to develop a career within property sales

Working Hours

• Monday-Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
• Alternative Saturdays: 9.00am - 4.00pm
• Day off in lieu following Saturday working
