The Role We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with relocation and London property experience to join our dedicated team. This role would suit someone with experience in corporate relocation, destination services, lettings, property management or client account management, who enjoys delivering a highly personalised service to employees and corporate clients relocating to London. You will manage relocation assignments from initial instruction through to completion, acting as a trusted point of contact for both corporate clients and relocating employees. You will use your knowledge of the London property market to provide practical advice, coordinate home-finding and tenancy services, negotiate with property professionals and ensure a smooth relocation experience. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and deliver end-to-end relocation and destination services for corporate clients and their relocating employees
- Act as the first operational point of contact for clients and assignees via phone, email and in-person meetings
- Manage relocation cases from initial briefing through to successful completion
- Provide guidance on the London property market, suitable areas and available accommodation
- Coordinate and deliver home-finding and property search services
- Liaise with estate agents, landlords, letting agents, suppliers and other property professionals on behalf of clients
- Negotiate the best possible offers and tenancy terms on behalf of clients
- Review tenancy agreements and identify key terms, requirements and potential issues
- Support clients and assignees throughout the tenancy process, including move-in and tenancy-related queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR and mobility contacts
- Develop trusted relationships with property agents and service providers across London
- Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory requirements relating to property, lettings and tenancies
- Provide a high level of customer service while managing multiple relocation assignments and competing deadlines
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, adapting quickly to changes in client requirements
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure all relocation activity is documented appropriately
- Support ad hoc office, relocation and client-related projects as required
Essential Criteria - Previous experience within corporate relocation, destination services, lettings, estate agency, property management or a closely related client-facing role
- Good practical knowledge of the London property market
- Experience supporting individuals or corporate employees through the relocation or property journey
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and assignments simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Clear thinker and confident problem solver, able to plan ahead while adapting to last-minute changes
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
Desirable Criteria - Previous experience as a Relocation Agent, Relocation Consultant, Destination Services Consultant or Mobility Consultant
- Experience working with corporate HR, Global Mobility or international assignees
- Experience managing home-finding, tenancy management or departure assignments
- Strong network of contacts within the London lettings and property market
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Strong consultative listening and questioning skills
- Knowledge of UK tenancy and property legislation

Who We're Looking For To be considered for this role, you must have professional experience dealing with the London property market, preferably within a lettings, relocation or corporate relocation environment. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Relocation Agent or Relocation Consultant, or who have transferable experience supporting clients or employees with property searches, home-finding, tenancy negotiations and the wider relocation process.
