The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
Progress sales through to successful completion
Generate valuation opportunities and arrange market appraisals
Canvass for new business and identify opportunities to grow market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
Follow up enquiries and leads via telephone and face-to-face meetings
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Negotiator Requirements
Previous estate agency experience is advantageous but not essential
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong knowledge of the local area is desirable
Positive, proactive, and motivated approach
Professional telephone manner and confident interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and develop within the property industry
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
