We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and reputable estate agency in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and is looking to progress their career within a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion
Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and the wider team to ensure transactions progress smoothly
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients
Assist with property valuations and listings when required
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Negotiator Requirements
Minimum of 1 year's estate agency sales experience
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Able to work independently while contributing to a successful team
Organised, proactive, and target-driven
What's on Offer?
Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings of upto £35,000
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays
