Sales Negotiator Prime Central London Up to £30,000 Basic, £60,000 OTE High Commission

We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and established estate agency, offering excellent career progression, strong earning potential, and a supportive team environment.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Conduct property viewings across Prime Central London
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Register and qualify new applicants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Keep vendors updated throughout the sales process
• Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry through to completion
• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve targets

Sales Negotiator Requirements:

• Previous experience within residential property, ideally in sales, although lettings experience will also be considered
• Passion for the property industry and delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Able to work independently as well as part of a successful team
• Knowledge of the Prime Central London market would be advantageous but is not essential

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• One Saturday per month with a day in lieu
