| Description: | Head of Sales Hull / East Yorkshire, with some UK travel £50,000 to £80,000 + car + bonus We are working with an established, engineering-led manufacturer with ambitious plans to significantly grow its UK market presence and, over time, develop an international sales channel. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader to shape a function rather than inherit one. Initially, the role will be hands-on. You will personally develop new business, build market coverage and create momentum. From there, you will have the autonomy to define the structure, processes and measures required to build a scalable national sales team. As the UK platform develops, the remit will broaden further, with scope to enter new international markets and build a network of distribution partners.
