Description:	Commercial Sales Manager £45k Plus Bonus Woolpit ( Field Based / Office) Full time Permanent Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Do you have experience in Civil Engineering? Do you have a proven track record working in Commercial sales or Buisness Development? Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Sales Manager to join their team. The main purpose of this Commercial Sales Manager role is to look for secure profitable work across the commercial, industrial, public-sector and construction markets. The successful person will take ownership of the full sales process: identifying opportunities, building relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating estimates and proposals, negotiating terms and supporting a professional handover to operations In return, our client is offering a salary of £45,000 P/A, plus bonus. Company benefits also include: Company Car or Car allowance 20 Days holiday plus bank holiday Company Pension Company Bonus This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Your responsibilities will include: Identify and approach target contractors, developers, facilities managers, consultants, property groups, utilities, local authorities and industrial clients Build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline, with accurate values, stages, next actions, probabilities and expected order dates Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and become a trusted point of contact for drainage and civils requirements. Attend sites, understand the problem, gather accurate information and work with estimating and operations to establish a practical scope. Set an effective weekly structure covering prospecting, meetings, site visits, quotations, follow-ups and account development. Keep records and forecasts current, follow up when promised and communicate problems early.
