Field Sales Representative - Convenience Retail

Location: London Based - but will travel UK Wide

Salary: 28-35K + commission / bonus

Hours: Full-time

Driving: Full UK driving licence required - maximum 3 points (must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes)

The Opportunity

We are looking for confident, driven and personable Sales Representatives to join an established company that is the sole UK distributor of its product.

This is a genuine field-based sales role, where you will spend your time on the road visiting independent shops, convenience stores and local retailers, building relationships with business owners and generating sales face-to-face.

You won't be sat behind a desk making endless cold calls. You'll be out meeting customers, developing relationships and putting the product directly in front of shop owners.

You'll be responsible for:

• Visiting independent shops and convenience stores
• Building strong relationships with shop owners and decision-makers
• Introducing and selling the company's products
• Taking orders and identifying opportunities to increase sales
• Growing sales across your territory
• Managing your own daily route and appointments
• Developing existing customer relationships
• Identifying and approaching new retail customers
• Feeding back customer and market information to the business
• Working towards agreed sales targets

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-led selling and is comfortable walking into a shop, speaking to the owner and confidently presenting a product.

Essential Requirement

Previous field sales, FMCG, convenience retail, wholesale or B2B sales experience

You must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
