Duties:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue
Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term client relationships
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to vehicle handover
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle stock, finance options, and market trends
Ensure a professional and engaging customer buying journey
Oversee administrative and organisational tasks related to sales operations
Support the team in achieving their personal and team targets
Requirements:
Full, clean driving licence
Proficient in PC applications and Microsoft Office suite
Web literate with excellent organisational skills
Proven experience in automotive sales or managerial roles
Ability to motivate and develop a sales team
F&I experience is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Customer-focused with high attention to detail
