Account Manager - Established Telecoms Business - 30-35k OTE 45-50K

The Opportunity
An established Belfast-based telecommunications business is looking to hire an Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of approximately 900 customers.

The role combines account management, sales and customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and identifying upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio.
• Build strong relationships through regular phone contact.
• Identify renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Handle customer queries, billing issues and faults.
• Work alongside field-based sales colleagues on larger accounts.
• Manage your own workload and priorities.

Ideal candidate:

• Previous account management and/or sales experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable dealing with customers at different levels.

Location: Belfast City Centre Fully office-based
Hours: 8:30-5 or 9-5:30, with an early finish on Fridays.
