TECHNIA is seeking a Junior New Business Sales Executive to join our team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis based in Milton Keynes, and in return you will receive a competitive salary + commission.

What does the role of Junior New Business Sales Executive entail

In this role, you ll act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business success through meaningful partnerships.

• Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and account research
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within engineering and manufacturing organisations
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for your own pipeline and senior sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support upselling and cross-selling of TECHNIA solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to progress opportunities and deliver value to customers.
