| Description: | Can you build a pipeline and turn a good conversation into a signed agreement? This is an opportunity to put those skills to work helping healthcare providers introduce hearing care services into their businesses. Cure Talent is partnering with a growing MedTech company whose solution combines medical devices, software and clinical training. Its technology helps providers make hearing care more accessible, while opening up an additional revenue stream for their business. You ll work with owners and decision-makers across pharmacies, optical practices, care providers and other independent healthcare businesses. Understanding their commercial priorities and showing how the service could work for them will be central to winning their business. The role - Business Development Executive: You ll own the sales cycle from identifying an opportunity through to negotiation and close. Marketing-generated inbound enquiries will support your pipeline, alongside your own prospecting and outbound activity. Your responsibilities will include:
What you ll bring You ll have experience carrying a sales target and personally closing new business, with clear examples of what you achieved and how you achieved it. You ll be comfortable generating your own opportunities, asking good questions and guiding customers through a buying decision. Organisation and follow-through matter just as much as making a strong first impression. Experience selling SaaS, subscription-based solutions, healthcare technology or medical devices would be useful.
