Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a well-established used car dealership in Trafford to recruit an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused team, specialising in used vehicle sales within a modern dealership environment.
The Role
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
Selling a range of quality used vehicles to retail customers.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale.
Presenting finance and additional products in a compliant and professional manner.
Maintaining high standards across the showroom and vehicle displays.
Working as part of a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction and continued success.
What's on Offer
£25,000 basic salary
Uncapped OTE of £52,000+
Earnings based on both sales volume and profit per vehicle.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
One weekday off every week
Every other weekend off
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a main dealership or used car environment.
A strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A confident, professional and personable approach.
A highly motivated and target-driven attitude.
The ability to build strong customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
A full UK driving licence.
