JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT Nottingham Full-Time In-Person Role

Our client is expanding their Nottingham team and is looking for driven, personable individuals to join as a Junior Business Development Assistant. This is a hands-on introduction to how businesses grow winning new customers, building relationships, and representing brands out in the field.
You don't need a business background or prior experience. What matters is your attitude, your ability to connect with people, and your willingness to learn. Full training is provided from day one, with a genuine path into more senior business development and account management roles.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Meeting new customers face-to-face and identifying opportunities to grow the client's business
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
Presenting products, services, and offers clearly and professionally
Supporting the end-to-end process from first conversation through to sign-up
Working towards individual and team growth targets
Learning the fundamentals of business development, negotiation, and client management
Taking part in regular training and coaching to build toward more senior responsibility

PAY & PROGRESSION
£600 £800 OTE per week
Uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses
