Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for an Internal Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities and maximising sales through cross-selling and upselling. The role will also involve working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service, strengthen client relationships and support long-term business growth.

Internal Account ManagerJob Details;
Identify and execute business development strategies to help create new business opportunities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular business reviews and performance check ins
Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Support internal and external account managers with quotations, proposals and sales/ marketing campaigns
Coordinate with production & finance to resolve issues
Manage onboarding, service delivery and escalations
Maintain accurate crm records
Track KPIs such as tonnage, ancillary sales and complain resolution
Conduct market and product analysis to support sales strategy
Internal Account ManagerPerson Specification;
Experience in Sales or Account Management is essential
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
