Field Sales Executive - OTE 80,000+

Location: East Midlands / Midlands - within approx. 2-2.5 hours of Raunds
Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission
OTE: 80,000+

The Opportunity

Impact Recruitment is recruiting for an established business within the electrical and renewable energy sector, supplying solutions including solar, EV charging, electrical installations and smart home technology.

We're looking for a confident, personable Field Sales Executive to visit pre-qualified customers across the Midlands.

This is a genuine consultative B2C sales role - no cold calling or door knocking. You'll attend around 4-5 pre-booked appointments per day, understand the customer's requirements, recommend the right solution and close the sale.

The Role

• Attend pre-qualified customer appointments
• Build rapport and understand customer requirements
• Recommend suitable solar, EV and electrical solutions
• Present solutions and handle objections
• Close sales and complete basic administration
• Manage your diary and territory effectively
• Work towards sales and conversion targets

Earning Potential

Uncapped commission with OTE of 80,000+.

Commission is performance-based, with higher monthly sales unlocking increased commission rates. Current levels range from 9% to 14%, with top performers able to earn 4,000- 6,000+ per month in commission.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in face-to-face, field or B2C sales who is confident building relationships and closing deals.

Relevant backgrounds could include:

• Door-to-Door Sales
• B2C Sales
• Territory Sales
• Customer-facing, target-driven sales

You must be confident, commercially driven, resilient and comfortable asking for the sale.

Solar, renewable or electrical experience isn't essential - full training is provided.
