The role

We're looking for a B2B agency Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to be the key link between Clarify and our technology clients. Clients and colleagues need to be able to rely on you completely. You'll own client relationships, keep delivery running smoothly and make sure every campaign achieves what it set out to do.

The role is focused on account management and is a good fit for an experienced Senior Account Manager. It's also a great opportunity for a strong Account Manager who is ready to step up to Senior level.

What you'll be doing

• Running delivery: Manage marketing projects day to day so work lands on time, within scope and to a high standard.
• Coordinating the team: Book resources, review work from team members and give constructive feedback to keep quality high.
• Getting ahead of risk: Flag delivery issues, scope changes and risks early, and come with solutions that keep projects on track.
• Owning campaign results: Track campaign performance against agreed objectives and KPIs, and take responsibility for the results.
• Managing client relationships: Be the main point of contact for your clients. You'll provide updates, reporting and strategic guidance, and build relationships that last.
• Shaping proposals: Draft, review and send client proposals that are clear and match what the client is trying to achieve.
• Working across teams: Coordinate internal and external teams so projects run smoothly from start to finish.
• Bringing marketing expertise: Use your knowledge across the full marketing mix to make campaigns effective, creative and focused on the client's goals.

What we're looking for

• Essential: Marketing agency experience gained in a B2B environment.
• Experience across the full marketing spectrum, ideally with technology or high-tech clients
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• A results-driven approach to delivering successful campaigns
• Excellent communication, client-facing and problem-solving skills
