The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the right new or used vehicle to suit their needs. You'll manage the complete sales journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, maximising every opportunity to achieve and exceed your targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sell new and used vehicles while delivering first-class customer service
Manage customer enquiries from showroom visits, telephone and online leads
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Present finance, insurance and value-added products
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow dealership sales processes
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining FCA compliance

About You

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchised dealership or reputable independent retailer
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong negotiation and closing ability
A professional, customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
No Saturday working
Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm (1 in 2 or 1 in 3 Sundays on a rota)
Time off in lieu provided for Sunday working where applicable

This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule and only occasional Sunday working.
