MCR Property Group, a leading and innovative property development company in the UK, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HubSpot CRM Executive to join our Marketing and Communications department. This role involves working across all companies within our group, focusing on our Commercial and Residential Lettings divisions. The successful candidate will be pivotal in harnessing the power of the HubSpot CRM platform to enhance our sales, customer relations, and marketing strategies in the property lettings sector.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

  • Implement, oversee, and optimise the HubSpot CRM system to streamline operations in commercial and residential lettings.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity within the CRM, including up-to-date client details, communication records, and transaction histories.

Sales and Marketing Integration:

  • Develop and monitor marketing campaigns through HubSpot, targeting both commercial and residential markets.
  • Create automated workflows for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, tailored to the property lettings industry.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of CRM data to identify trends and insights, and report on sales performance and market potential.
  • Regularly prepare and present reports to management on CRM activities, pipeline health, and conversion rates.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of HubSpot.

Keep abreast of new HubSpot features and functionalities, ensuring the team leverages all relevant aspects of the CRM.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through bespoke communication strategies within HubSpot.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and post-sales support through the CRM system.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other departments to align CRM strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and partners for CRM integrations and data exchange.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in CRM management, preferably with HubSpot.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK real estate market, particularly in commercial and residential lettings.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and data management skills.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Meticulous, with strong organisational skills.
