We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Wakefield. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead sales efforts within the construction industry, with a particular focus on the hire sector. Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and manage existing client relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify opportunities within the construction and hire industry to expand market share.
Lead and motivate a small sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Prepare accurate forecasts and reports for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales management or senior sales roles.
Strong understanding of the construction industry (hire sector experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commercially astute with a focus on delivering results.
