Personnel Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our client in Farnsfield NG22. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Hours -
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am-5.30pm
Salary - 25,000 - 30,000 pro-rata
Duties
Handle inbound calls, web leads and call backs, using a proven call structure, taking orders and upselling of new and existing products, as well as taking payment.
Upselling and giving product knowledge ensuring the customer receives the best service possible.
Keeping company CRM up to date with customer information
Experience -
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident phone manner and a natural relationship-builder
Competent using Microsoft Office & CRM systems
Self-motivated but also a good team player
Previous B2B sales experience.
