About the Role

You will play a central role in developing the European sales pipeline by owning early-stage customer engagement and supporting senior sales colleagues.

  • Respond rapidly and professionally to inbound enquiries, delivering service that stands out.

  • Research, identify, and pre-qualify new customers across key industrial and marine segments.

  • Generate new leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

  • Maintain disciplined CRM accuracy from initial lead creation to qualification or handover.

  • Present products and capabilities via calls, emails, webinars, and online meetings.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying additional revenue opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to maximise lead quality and conversion.

  • Continuously develop product and application knowledge to support confident customer conversations.
