We're looking for an experienced people manager to take charge of a well-established sales team during a key period of transformation. This is not just a sales management role - it's your chance to influence structure, culture, and performance in a team of 30+ people.

You'll be empowered to build new ways of working, improve communication, reset standards, and support people through change. That means:

• reviewing and redesigning processes,

• creating consistency and clarity,

• and helping experienced team members navigate what's next.

• Driving performance and engagement across a 30-person sales team

• Coaching, mentoring and developing team leaders and sales staff

• Defining new standards for process, service and results

• Aligning the sales journey with business-wide goals

• Collaborating closely with marketing, customer experience, IT and finance

• Leading with emotional intelligence - listening, guiding, motivating

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and hands-on sales enablement - perfect for someone who thrives in a changing environment and knows how to bring people with them.
