No direct sales experience is required. Full training, mentoring and ongoing support are provided.

What You Will Be Doing

From day one, your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers via phone or video calls

• Presenting products and services clearly and professionally

• Answering customer questions and guiding them through relevant information

• Providing basic after-sales support where required

• Building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships

• Following structured training, company guidelines and ethical standards

• Working independently to meet agreed activity or performance goals

This is a work-from-home role only. There are no field sales, door-to-door activities or office-based duties involved.
