Telesales Representative

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Representative for our clients based in Birmingham. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting company products and services as well as generating leads.

Telesales Representative Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services

Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining a high-quality customer service

Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation

Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies

Telesales Representative Details:

Location: Birmingham, B11

Pay: 12.21- 13.50 PH

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Telesales Representative Requirements:

Prior experience in telesales is beneficial

PC literate

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A passion for sales and a willingness to learn new techniques.

Good telephone manner
