Key Responsibilities:
Research new business opportunities and make outbound calls to build a strong pipeline.
Partner with the Sales Manager to shape and deliver targeted sales campaigns.
Hold engaging conversations with prospects via phone, email, and online meetings.
Handle incoming enquiries and support the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
Prepare accurate quotes and manage client information with solid attention to detail.
Keep CRM records tidy, updated, and reliable.
Help refine internal processes and support continuous improvement.
Set personal development goals and actively grow your skills.
About You:
Around 2 years experience in a similar sales or account management role.
A-levels plus strong GCSEs (including English and Maths).
Confident communicator with a professional, friendly phone manner.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and keen to learn.
Full UK driving licence and own car, due to the location of the office.
The Package:
Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission Hours: 9am 5pm Monday - Friday Pension 20 day holiday (excluding bank holidays) rising to 25 day per year with service Day off on your Birthday Perks box Healthcare
