We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and develop our Manchester sales team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in property valuing and sales management, enjoys leading people, and is passionate about delivering results while maintaining high service standards.
This is a hands-on management role, suited to someone who wants to make a real impact and be part of a growing business that values getting the right person into the team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and motivating a team of 4 individuals:
1 Sales Progression Manager
1 Valuer
2 Sales Consultants
Carrying out property valuations and converting instructions
Driving performance against targets and KPIs
Coaching, training, and developing team members
Conducting regular one-to-ones and performance reviews
Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Supporting senior management with reporting and strategy
Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Working Hours
5-day working week
Weekend work required 1 in 4 weekends
Weekend hours: 10 00
Day off in lieu provided during the week
Experience & Skills Required
Proven experience in sales management
Previous valuing experience is essential
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Target-driven with a track record of achieving results
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Organised, professional, and confident in decision-making
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
Flexible dependent on experience. Basic - £35,000 - £45,000 + REALISTIC OTE OF 80K+
