Key Responsibilities
Sell and promote new and used vans in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager
Maintain and develop existing customer relationships, delivering the high level of service customers expect
Proactively identify opportunities to increase business within your customer base
Build strong rapport with customers to establish needs and recommend suitable vehicle features and benefits
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, recognising the importance of repeat business
Maintain organised diary management to maximise time and sales opportunities
About You
Previous automotive or commercial vehicle sales experience preferred (2 years ideal)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Target-driven and self-motivated
Excellent communication and customer service skills
IT literate, with experience using Outlook, Word and Excel
