We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy sales team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, delivering an outstanding experience while achieving sales targets and maximising profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Sell new and used vehicles in line with company and manufacturer standards
Build strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
Manage enquiries from phone, email, online and showroom visits
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Negotiate vehicle sales, part exchanges and add-on products
Accurately complete sales administration and documentation
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and positive CSI results
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Sales Executive (automotive preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
Customer-focused with a professional and confident manner
Target-driven with a proven sales track record
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Good IT skills and confidence using CRM / DMS systems
