The Role
You ll take ownership of the your region, developing relationships, increasing spend, and re-engaging older customers using a well-established CRM system and customer database.
You ll be responsible for:
Managing and developing a regional customer base
Proactively contacting active and lapsed customers to build and strengthen relationships
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell electrical distribution products
Working through the CRM daily to plan outreach, manage pipeline and track activity
Inheriting accounts and growing them through different stages of the account cycle
Supporting the continued growth of a key territory within the business
Ideal backgrounds include:
Account Manager / Internal Sales / Sales Executive within electrical, electronics or distribution
Someone with hands-on electrical knowledge who has moved into sales
Confident using CRM systems and working in a structured sales environment
Motivated, organised, and customer-focused
