An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Sales Manager to join a growing business supplying electrical and electronic components into the electrical wholesale market. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background working with electrical wholesalers and electrical contractors across the South of England.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, electrical contractors, and distribution partners.
Promote and sell a range of electrical and electronic components, supporting both stock and project-based opportunities.
Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and commercial discussions.
Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.
Increase product range penetration within existing accounts.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments within the electrical wholesale sector.
Key Requirements:
Proven field sales experience selling components to the electrical wholesale industry (essential).
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling electrical or electronic products into wholesalers and contractors.
Confident communicator, able to engage with branch managers, buyers, and contractors.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Full UK driving licence.
