We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a successful motor dealership in the Swindon area.

About the Sales Executive role:
Basic salary + uncapped commission. OTE 35- 45K in first year
Company car + excellent benefits
Comprehensive ongoing training will be provided
Working 5 days per week across Monday to Saturday (you will get a day off in the week)
Working hours are 8:30am-6pm, with 1 late night per week until 9pm (Tues or Thurs)

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive role:
Sell new and used vehicles, along with associated products including finance, insurance and paint protection etc
Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales process
Generate leads through prospecting, follow-up calls, showroom enquiries and online leads
Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets, including finance and product penetration
Accurately record customer data in line with FCA requirements
Experience / Key Skills requires for the Sales Executive role:
A full UK manual driving licence is essential
Proven experience within a sales environment (experience within the motor industry is not essential as training will be provided).
Be target driven with a desire and enthusiasm to exceed monthly targets
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork.
Assist and participate in the preparation of promotional activities, mailing campaigns, vehicle displays and training meetings to ensure full awareness of company activities.
