We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative for our client to support the launch and development of their newer branch. This role is involves engaging directly with members of the public which requires a friendly, honest and target driven individual who can build rapport quickly, identify customer needs and close sales while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers face to face, offering expert advice on the products.
Maintain a welcoming, organised and professional retail environment.
Proactively identify sales opportunities, generate new business and encourage repeat custom.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a genuine care for customer wellbeing and company reputation.
Support stock management, product displays and general day to day operations.
Uphold company values, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional buying experience.
The ideal candidate will be:
Likeable, honest, loyal and customer focused.
Target driven with the ability to spot opportunities and confidently close sales.
Able to build rapport quickly with a diverse customer base, including vulnerable individuals.
Organised, reliable and capable of working independently.
Strong in communication, numeracy and basic IT skills.
Motivated by both customer satisfaction and achieving strong sales performance.
Previous sales experience is essential, ideally in a customer facing environment.
