Telesales Executive

Location: Leicester
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

A busy and well-established consultancy based in Leicester is looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team. This is a fast-paced role suited to a confident sales professional who can hit the ground running and generate new business through outbound B2B calls.

This Telesales Executive position offers an excellent basic salary, strong commission potential, and a stable Monday-Friday working pattern with no evenings or weekends.

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to B2B customers

• Generating new business opportunities for the consultancy

• Identifying decision-makers and qualifying prospects

• Building rapport and managing initial client relationships

• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Accurately updating CRM systems with call outcomes

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar outbound B2B sales role

• Strong cold-calling and lead generation background

• Confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment

• Competitive basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000, depending on experience

• Uncapped commission with strong earning potential
