The Eastbourne franchise is now looking to recruit a driven Telesales Specialist to play a key role in accelerating client growth and building long-term customer relationships.

The Role

This is a proactive, phone-based sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and converting them into profitable, long-term accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to prospective businesses to introduce InXpress and our service portfolio
• Booking and managing a diary of virtual sales appointments
• Building, managing, and progressing a healthy sales pipeline
• Accurately maintaining notes and activity within the CRM system
• Researching and targeting new businesses to continuously top up your pipeline
• Following up with prospects professionally and persistently to drive conversions

What We re Looking For

You ll thrive in this role if you are:

• An experienced telesales or outbound sales professional
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working to clear targets
• Confident on the phone with an engaging and professional manner
• A strong listener who understands customer needs and follows through on commitments
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology as part of your daily routine

Experience within logistics or transport sales is advantageous but not essential full training will be provided.

Performance Expectations

To be successful in this role, you ll be working towards:

• 40 meaningful business conversations per day
• 2 new customer activations per week
• £1,000 new gross margin per month
