What You ll Be Doing

• Selling new and used vehicles while consistently achieving (and exceeding) targets
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from enquiry to handover
• Building strong, lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Managing your own customer database and keeping accurate records
• Handling enquiries confidently both in person and digitally
• Resolving queries professionally and efficiently
• Developing in-depth product knowledge to confidently present vehicles and features

What We re Looking For

• Previous motor trade sales experience is essential
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and competitive mindset
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Full UK Driving Licence
