  • Contribute to and help implement global pricing and discount strategies in close alignment with management and finance.
  • Provide technical sales support on metal and combustion reference materials, including guidance on application, selection, and use.
  • Work closely with internal teams (production, quality, R&D, marketing, and logistics) to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • Several years of experience in technical sales, key account management, or business development within the metal industry.
  • Strong understanding of metal production processes (e.g. casting, smelting) and analytical techniques used for quality control.
  • Experience working with distributor or partner networks in an international environment.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with fluent written and spoken English; able to work effectively in a multilingual, international environment. Additional languages are a plus.

Key Expectations

  • Proactively grow revenue and strategic account penetration in the assigned markets through the sale of reference materials, complemented by our analytical testing services.
  • Acquire new customers and develop new business opportunities using a structured, target oriented sales approach.
  • Maintain, develop, and expand existing customer relationships, building long term, trust based partnerships with key customers and distributors.
  • Systematically re engage and win back lost or inactive customers through solution oriented technical and commercial discussions.
  • Act as a credible technical advisor, applying solid technical fundamental knowledge while consistently delivering on sales targets.
  • Drive transparency, accountability, and performance within the distributor network.
