ServiceNow Sales & Account Growth Manager Hybrid - London (1-2 days per week in the office)
Exalto Consulting is supporting a growing digital consultancy as they expand their commercial team. They are looking for a commercially minded professional who can drive new business while also building long term relationships with existing clients.
This role focuses on helping organisations adopt and develop their use of the ServiceNow platform. The position combines new business development with account growth, working closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and deliver the right technology solutions.
The successful person will play an important role in identifying new opportunities while ensuring existing clients continue to see long term value from their partnership with the business.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, spending time with clients and developing opportunities through trusted conversations rather than purely desk based sales activity.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts.
Working closely with technical and delivery teams, you will help shape solutions that meet client needs and support long term partnerships.
The role is hybrid, with around one to two days per week in the London office, alongside regular meetings with clients.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for ServiceNow solutions and related services
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to support account growth
Build relationships with prospective clients and introduce the organisation's capabilities
Work with delivery teams to shape proposals and solution approaches
Maintain a clear pipeline of opportunities and manage sales activity effectively
Support the development of long term client partnerships
What We Are Looking For
Experience in a client facing sales or account management role within technology, SaaS or digital consultancy
A track record of developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
Strong relationship building and communication skills
The ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical solutions
Comfortable meeting clients and building relationships in person
Location Hybrid working with around one to two days per week in London, alongside regular travel to meet clients.
