Managing property launches, enquiries, and viewings
Negotiating offers, qualifying buyers, and progressing sales
Providing regular vendor feedback and pricing guidance where needed
Keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction
Using CRM systems to generate new opportunities and valuations
Maximising referrals to lettings, legal, and financial services
Supporting the team in achieving branch targets and delivering excellent service
