Assistant ManagerLocation: Oswestry, ShropshireSalary: £30,000 - £32,000 + performance related bonusesA leading independent estate agency is looking to welcome a highly motivated and experienced property professional into their Oswestry branch.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager to play a key role in driving branch performance, supporting the team, and contributing to continued growth and profitability.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:
Helping to keep the branch running smoothly day to day
Providing a high level of service and building strong relationships with clients
Managing stock levels and ensuring properties are presented to a great standard
Working with the team to hit sales targets and drive performance
Keeping up to date with local market activity and pricing
Supporting the Branch Manager and feeding back on branch progress
Carrying out viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
Qualifying buyers and completing due diligence before sales progression
Keeping vendors and purchasers updated throughout the transaction
Referring opportunities to the in-house Financial Services team
Ensuring all processes remain compliant with AML and industry regulations
Saturday working is 9am - 1pm (one in three)
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience within residential estate agency
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to work within a fast paced and target driven environment
Highly organised with excellent administration skills
Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
