Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
