They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in Ashford, Surrey. The company will happily consider atrainee with a confident and outgoing personality, and who has gained valuable experience within a similar sales or customer focused industry. The role will involve:
Registering prospective purchasers
Arranging and accompanying viewings
Sales negotiation and progression
Handling offers
Overseeing the successful negotiation of the offer to a sale.
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
Some experience within residential sales would be advantageous, but is not essential
Experience within a target driven sales environment
Excellent face to face customer service skills
The motivation to succeed
A confident and professional manner
Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
Good presentation and communication skills
Full clean UK driving licence and own car.
This position will come with a salary package of £20,000 to £27,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance.
