Reporting to the Group Head of Sales, this role will focus on generating new business opportunities, supporting the sales pipeline and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in sales within a supportive and ambitious environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and develop new business leads across target sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Support the qualification of leads and gather client requirements
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
  • Assist with proposals, tenders and bid submissions
  • Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Support the delivery of sales strategies and growth plans
About You
  • Previous experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware with a strong interest in business growth
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a bonus)
  • Full UK driving licence required
