Automotive Talent Partners are working with a high-performing main dealer group in Berkshire, offering a rare opportunity for an ambitious Sales Controller to step into a driven, results-focused environment.

This is the perfect role for either:

• An experienced Sales Controller / Transaction Manager, or

• A high-performing Senior Sales Executive ready to step up

The Opportunity

You ll be joining a dealership with:

The Role

• Support and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets

• Manage, allocate & ensure all enquiries are followed up to a high standard

• Maximise F&I performance across the team

• Assist in deal structuring and closing

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance

• £55,000+ OTE (Uncapped)

• Company Car

• Clear and achievable bonus structure

• High earning potential for top performers

All OTE figures are conservative high performers should expect to earn significantly more.

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive sales (main dealer preferred)

• Strong understanding of F&I and deal stacking

• A driven, hands-on leader who leads from the front

• High energy, ambition, and a desire to earn

Berkshire (commutable from Reading, Wokingham, Newbury, Slough)
