A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated telesales professional to join an on line training provider.
What would your duties be?
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
Cold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization
Research and build relationships with new clients
Plan approaches and pitches
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
Participate in pricing the solution/service
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system
What will we offer?
£30,000 basic salary (depending on experience), Uncapped commission
Generous annual leave allowance - 24 days holiday plus bank holidays - Additionally Xmas break (usually 4-5 days) and birthdays are paid leave additional to annual allowance!
Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm
