Ready to take ownership of key accounts and make a real commercial impact? We're looking for a driven and highly organised Account Manager to lead and grow relationships across independent retail channels including electrical retailers, department stores, kitchen studios, and garden centres.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage accounts end-to-end, spot opportunities, and deliver measurable results-all while building strong, lasting partnerships.
What you'll be doing
Owning the full commercial performance of your accounts, including budget and P&L
Building and strengthening relationships with key independent retail partners
Identifying and maximising new sales opportunities
Planning and executing customer range reviews and promotional calendars
Delivering insightful sales analysis and performance reporting
Leading customer meetings and presenting compelling proposals
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth supply and product delivery

Experience
At least 1 year's experience managing independent retail channels
Experience with buying groups such as CIH (Euronics) or Sirius is a plus
