Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Temporary Sales Executive to join a busy sales team based in Chessington for a short-term assignment of 5 weeks. This role is ideal for someone confident in sales, customer engagement, and relationship building, who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contacting new and existing customers to promote products or services
Generating leads and converting enquiries into sales
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Updating CRM systems accurately with sales activity and customer information
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Handling customer queries and objections professionally
Working closely with internal teams to support sales campaigns
Providing feedback on customer trends and sales performance
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or customer-facing role
Confident and persuasive communication skills
Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
Strong listening and negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
